3 Years International Warranty
All our Swiss Replica watches come with a 3 years International warranty as standard.
The International warranty covers your replica watch for 3 years of world-class support.
The warranty includes expert assistance and global repair coverage.
Our aim is to deliver exceptional products and services that result in many years ofreliable service. We take great care to ensure that each watch is manufactured from thefinest materials and to the highest Swiss standards. However, the fine and exactingnature of watch manufacturing can, on rare occasions, result in faults. lf you experienceany problems with your watch, we will deal with it as promptly and efficiently as possible.
If you changed your mind then you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receiveyour item(s) to initiate a return. Please see our Warranty and returns section for moredetails.
What's Covered? Our 3 years warranty covers material and manufacturing defects aslisted in our warranty policy. Subject to inspection and assessment of the fault by ourservice center, we guarantee we will repair or replace a customer's watch with the samemodel or a superior model if a direct replacement is unavailable. We will take action inthe warranty process as soon we have your watch and confrmation of your warrantyregistration details. Repair and warranty work during the term of the warranty periodMUST be carried out by an authorized repair center. Failure to adhere to thisrequirement will invalidate your warranty and a cost will be incurred.
Not covered by Warranty:
Sapphire crystal becoming scratched, chipped or broken after extremely heavy impact.Crown stems snapping or detaching from case Bezels becoming scratched, loose orlost Bezel becoming detached due to loss of pins Strap or bracelet becoming scratchedor broken Buckle clasp breakage or damage Case back becoming scratched or looseWatch case becoming scratched, broken or damaged in any way Loss of lug screw pinsDefects or damage due to misuse and/or physical/accidental abuse Defects or damagedue to the attempted repair of an unauthorized service center Flooding or condensationdue to the crown being left out of close position, including thermal shock which mayresult in dial condensation if a very warm watch is suddenly exposed to an extremelycold environment.
Our International Warranty includes:
Hands falling off Movement failure Watch losing more than manufacturer's stated timeduring the first 60 months Sapphire crystal falling out Date not changing correctly (checkFAQ's for assistance) Condensation or flooding when crown is fully in position Manufacturing defects.
Returns Policy:
We are very confident that you will not return your watch.But in the event that you decide to return your purchase.We do not charge any restocking fees. You are only responsible to return the watch andbox to us.
You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you receive it. Please contact usfor an RMA number and return address.
Please do not remove any plastic from the watch or the refund will be refused andvoided.
As long as the watch is returned in its original condition you will receive a refund within7-10 working days after we receive your package. Please note that extra gold or extraplatinum orders are considered custom orders and are non refundable. We can allowexchanges for custom orders under certain circumstances.
